Mix toasted sesame oil with soy sauce, and set aside. To make this recipe gluten-free, replace soy sauce with tamari.

Saute bite-size pieces of your choice of protein. Then, add chilled rice to the pan and combine.

Pour sauce over rice, then add in mixed veggies and scrambled egg (or vegan egg substitute).
