Website Content & Emails

A: If you’re searching for a specific piece of content on our site, the fastest option is using the search bar. For desktop users, this is located at the top right-hand corner of the page (it looks like a magnifying glass). For mobile devices, you’ll find the same search bar located within the navigation drop-down menu (click on the three horizontal white lines at the top of any page to open the menu, then look for the magnifying glass).

Simply type the keyword into the search bar. Adjust your search term to be more or less specific to see different results. For example, if you search for “pattern”, the results returned will include every instance where the word is found. You could refine the results by searching for “bunny pattern” instead.

A: All of our work is protected by our copyright, therefore you may not reproduce or distribute our content without our written permission. The patterns, templates, and resources that I create are from the heart, and provided to you for your personal use only–not to be used for items you wish to sell. Please respect our copyright and intellectual property.

A: Most of the time, technology makes life easier, but sometimes it can be a real headache! If you’re expecting an email from us and not seeing it, this will answer 99.99% of all questions!

Normally, emails are sent from our server immediately. They’ll typically show up in your inbox within 2 minutes (depending on your mail provider’s processing time).

If you’ve refreshed your inbox, but still don’t see our emails within several minutes, be sure to check 1) Spam, 2) Junk, and 3) Promotions folders. Those filters are notoriously finicky and get confused often!

We strongly recommend that you add us to your contact list, as that usually helps ensure that our emails make it to your inbox most reliably.

A: Each printable you request will be delivered in its own separate email. If you are a brand new friend, you will receive two emails: the first welcomes you to our little farm family, and the second will be the delivery of your printable. These will be sent within seconds of each other, however emails containing download links for printable files are often caught up in spam filters. Please check your spam, junk, and promotions folders.

Finally, make sure you aren’t trying to request a printable that you’ve already received in the past. You will only receive each printable one time to any given email address.

Please note, due to how our mail service provider addresses US spam laws, if you have previously unsubscribed from our emails in the past, you will be unable to re-subscribe using the same address.

A: It depends. All content related to our site is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without our written permission. However, we absolutely encourage you to pin articles and images on Pinterest so that you can find these ideas again later!

If you are a blogger and would like to provide a link to one of our articles, you may do so by appropriately crediting “French Creek Farmhouse” and providing a link back to our original post. You may also use one photo from the article you are referencing, in its original, unedited, uncropped form (which includes our watermark), however you must still provide a source credit to “French Creek Farmhouse” and a link back to our original post when using that photo.

You may not copy any article, in whole or in part, or any content on our site without our written permission. If you have more questions, please refer to our Terms of Service, or contact us.
